CasaValue is a financial research and analysis platform focused on companies listed on the Bourse de Casablanca (Moroccan Stock Exchange). The Platform provides:
- Company analysis, quality scoring, and financial data
- Stock screener and ranking tools
- Portfolio tracking and valuation calculators
- Market data including MASI index history
- Educational glossary of investment terms

All content on the Platform, including analysis reports, quality scores, scoring methodology, UI design, and source code, is the intellectual property of CasaValue. Financial data sourced from public filings and the Bourse de Casablanca remains the property of their respective owners.
7. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, financial data and analysis may contain errors, omissions, or delays. CasaValue does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Data is sourced from public filings, the Bourse de Casablanca, and independent analysis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CasaValue and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from investment decisions.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Modifications

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
